Shipping policy

01 Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

02 Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other events are outside our control.

03 Subscription shipments

Subscription orders ship every 30 days from the date of your first order. You can skip, pause, or cancel upcoming shipments online at any time before the next order is processed.

04 Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future.

05 Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to make it right, including sending a replacement where appropriate.

06 Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will help you try to recover the package.
