Name the form
“Magnesium” can mean a dozen things. We tell you which one, and how much.
Most labels name the nutrient and stop there. We name the form, because the form is where the cost goes: bisglycinate instead of oxide, D3 instead of D2, MK-7 instead of nothing, triglyceride-form fish oil instead of the cheapest kind. Then we print the dose next to it, on the front, where you can see it in the store or on your counter.

Maybe not all of them. A multi helps fill common gaps; it doesn't replace eating well. If you're unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist, especially if you take medication.
Mostly iron. Women 19–50 need more iron than men, so only the women's A-Side contains it. The rest are small differences in amounts, all printed on the label.
Yes, that's how they're designed. Even with THE LP, vitamin D and magnesium stay below the adult upper limits.
