Refund policy

01 Satisfaction guarantee

Your first order of each product is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If it's not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a refund.

You do not need to return opened or partially used bottles from your first order.

02 Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Subsequent orders of the same product may be returned in unopened condition within the same window.

04 Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

06 Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription online at any time. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled shipment as long as they are made before the order is processed.
